With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the pet grooming industry, Lisa Marie Schwartz brings a rare blend of leadership, innovation, and passion to every role she undertakes. Currently serving as Executive Pet Stylist at Peticures in Holmdel, NJ, Lisa is renowned for driving operational excellence, building strategic partnerships, and mentoring aspiring pet stylists across the country.

Lisa’s journey began with managerial roles at Petsmart, where she led one of the highest-performing salons in the company. Her success propelled her to become the first-ever Regional Grooming Leader at Pet Supplies Plus, where she co-created the nationwide “Nose To Toes” salon evaluation standards, launched safety protocols, and designed professional development frameworks that have shaped the careers of hundreds of groomers.

She later served as a Service Training Coach at Pet Supplies Plus, supporting franchise and corporate locations nationwide. Lisa played a key role in weekly strategic meetings with Paragon leadership, helping tailor individualized coaching plans to enhance student and team performance.

Throughout her career, Lisa has been recognized with multiple corporate awards, from Pawsitive Impressions to District Salon Success accolades. Her certifications include Paragon, AKC SAFE, and CCE, reflecting her deep commitment to quality, safety, and continual learning.
